Digital Advertising Contractor

Your Mission.

As a contract Digital Advertising professional, you will support our Strategic Planning Team in planning, executing and managing results-driven media campaigns for 3-5 days/week for 4 weeks, from 1-26 August 2016.

Your Priorities.

  • Planning, activation, management and optimisation of media campaigns through platforms such as Facebook Power Editor, Google AdWords, Google Display Network and Outbrain
  • Campaign results analysis and recommendations for optimisation that deliver against KPIs
  • Weekly cross-channel report generation with insights using Google Analytics, including leading a weekly conference call with client stakeholders to discuss results with support from your account manager

Your Requirements.

  • 4+ years digital advertising experience in paid media planning and campaign management
  • Experience working within an agency environment
  • Experience managing client stakeholders
  • An understanding of integrated marketing communications
  • An understanding of the digital media landscape; technologies, media buying and management platforms
  • Qualifications in Google AdWords and Analytics preferred
  • Qualifications in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
Senior Product Manager

Your Mission.

As the Senior Product Manager, your mission is to lead and direct the production of digital products for the agency, ensuring that we deliver top-tier industry leading solutions for our clients.

Your Priorities.

  • Conduct product discovery and requirement meetings with both internal teams and clients
  • Create functional product specification documents which outline the product solution
  • Collaborate with creative partners, User Experience, Strategy and other teams to create project solutions
  • Co-ordinate multi disciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of WeAreDigital projects and services
  • Manage action and report on the progress of projects, using appropriate quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with agreed standards, methods and procedures

Senior Digital Producer / Project Manager

Your Mission.

As a Senior Producer, your mission is to ensure the successful delivery of projects, products and services and to co-ordinate multi disciplinary teams based on truly understanding our clients business, goals and problems and ensuring everybody is aligned on what we are trying to achieve.

You would also be responsible for maintaining a standard of premium service, clear communication and quality relationships.

Your Priorities.

  • Co-ordinate multi disciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of WeAreDigital projects and services
  • Manage expectations of all stakeholders including influencing key stakeholders, negotiation on resources and competing priorities and operating under significant time constraints and loosely defined requirements to achieve goals
  • Manage action and report on the progress of projects, using appropriate quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with agreed standards, methods and procedures
  • Identify and respond to new and emerging risks and issues that may impact on business and project delivery, including budget and time variances
  • Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall delivery plan
  • Maintain financial control of projects and provide accurate financial forecasts
  • Maintain a standard of premium service and solid relationships.

Your Requirements.

  • Minimum of 5 years digital producer management agency experience.
  • Passionate about staying on trend with new technologies and ways of working
  • Strong management experience - communicate vision, set clear strategic direction for subordinates and deliver strong management support and advice
  • Highly developed skills in estimating, managing and measuring projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management with cross functional teams and agile production methodologies
  • Ability to work well under pressure, strong problem solving abilities, manage workflows and meet deadlines

Design Director

Your Mission.

The Design Director is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire design process, as carried out by all core disciplines within the design team (including information architecture, experience design and visual/interface design, and interaction design). It is the role of the Design Director to facilitate and lead each project team and the project leads to ensure the work carried out adheres to our design process.

Your Priorities.

  • Establish requirements needed for projects from a successful discovery phase to allow an appropriate commencement of design / definition.
  • Ensure that each project enters Design with a shared empathy for the project and it's requirements among the project team.
  • Maintain effective and clear communication amongst all internal channels, including playback catchups and reporting amongst the leadership team.
  • Make sure that all aspects of the Design / Definition process are carried out to the same consistently high level of standards to ensure a successful project delivery.
  • Ensure that each member of the project team (lead or otherwise) has assurance and guidance on how to carry our tasks, solve problems and provide solutions

Your Requirements.

UX Designer

Your Mission.

As the User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for gathering, and overseeing the delivery of requirements, based on the three lenses of User Centred Design - Business, User and Technology.

Your Priorities.

  • Manage and deliver the UX phase of projects from inception to completion
  • Work with Strategy, Visual Design, Development and Project Management teams to effectively communicate requirements and create relevant solutions which can be built into concepts, and prototypes
  • Ensure content and structure for the solution is effectively modeled (IA), representation of the schema is created and all sufficient user journeys are developed and documented
  • Development of user centred design frameworks, including guidance material
  • Oversee and develop an appropriate level of Interaction Design on the solution to ensure the product flows correctly and transitions in a way that makes sense and has meaning
  • Ensure that sufficient measures are in place to effectively test the product with live users

Your Requirements.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in a digital agency
  • User centered design and user research skills
  • Passionate about staying on trend with new technologies and ways of working
  • Experience with developing personas, user stories and journey maps
  • An understanding of web standards, general CMS behaviours/restrictions, accessibility guidelines
  • Experience creating UX specifications for handover to web developers and programmers

Senior Creative / Visual Designer

Your Mission.

As the Senior Designer, you will take ownership of the design output of the agency whilst providing inspirational thought leadership and direction to the design team to deliver highly creative digital projects.

Your Priorities.

  • Concept and execute ideas across all interfaces – multiple platforms, products, communications and campaigns
  • Guide your team whilst also having ownership of your own work
  • Lead client presentations and liaise directly with clients where required
  • Participate in planning and strategic meetings with internal teams
  • Adhere to and understand the technical specifications and constraints that are common to web design and user interface development
  • Collaborate with creative partners, User Experience, Strategy and other teams to deliver quality work on time and within project scope
  • Adapt well to the fast-paced changes in projects with your team as they occur
  • Have a strong focus on business development and dealing with client briefs so we are looking for someone that is comfortable in a client facing capacity

Your Requirements.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in a digital agency
  • Advanced skills and knowledge of Adobe creative cloud
  • A natural design sense for digital: layout, typography and photography
  • Experience in presenting and rationalising creative solutions to clients
  • Confident with visual prototyping
  • Experience with usability principles and techniques
